The
BG/M Grinder is a manually operated die grinder designed to economically
produce quality dies faster than conventional methods. It is easy
to operate with features that will ensure consistency in producing
dies quickly. The specially designed plunge grinding setup cuts
.015" per minute reducing labor costs and reclaims dead inventory.
Die geometry is controlled through preset machine settings which
consistently grind each die the same giving repeatable results from
one operator or day to the next. A dial indicator shows the amount
of stock removal eliminating guesswork. The BG/M has a 3C Collet
for 0-2" (0-55mm) work holding capacity and an angle capacity
from 0-60‰ included. The internal grinding capabilities range from
.02-2" (.51-50mm) |

The
Die Saver is both a manual grinder and automatic polisher. The machine
is perfect for small die shops because it grinds the die accurately
and removes material quickly in the grinding mode. It can then be
switched to a polishing cycle which is spring-loaded to produce
superior mirror finishes and final sizing. The DS/2 has a 3C Collet
(0-2"/50 mm) or 3" chuck (0-3"/76 mm) work holding
capacity and an angle capacity from 0-60‰ included. The internal

dies. Die Geometry is controlled through preset machine settings

The BG/10 has chuck capabilities of up to 12.5" (318 mm) and

Plug and Mandrel Grinder

The Plug Grinder
is a cylindrical outside diameter grinder specifically designed
to grind tube drawing semi and full-floating plugs and mandrels.
It is capable of grinding tungsten carbide, ceramic and hardened
steel parts. The Plug Grinder has a semi-automatic grinding cycle
that is set by a digital micrometer with an adjustable plunge
feed. It also features a second slide to allow the form wheel
to travel parallel to the angle on the plug. This machine will
allow operators to produce, rework and maintian the highest quality
plugs to meet closer tolerances, improved surface finishes and
reduced lead times.

PG/2 Pin Grinder

The PG-2 Pin
Grinder is a table top manually operated outside diameter grinder
specifically designed to redress angles lapping tools. It uses
an aluminum oxide grinding wheel and is capable of grinding all
grades of steel and wood laps. It features a sign bar with angle
blocks to set the angle to be ground and to ensure accuracy and
repeatability. The PG-2 is easy to operate and uses standard 3C
collets from 1/64" - 1/2". Other features include an
adjustable depth stop, positive zero stop and a vacuum system
to remove grinding dust during operation.
