DSC-1000 Die Sizing Center

The DSC-1000 is a Die Sizing Center designed to cut the bearing into a die from the meeting point or bump a die from one size to the next in one step. It uses steel pins with a lead chamfer and diamond compound to cut and polish the bearing. Our DSC-1000 is touch screen controlled and has a unique polishing cycle after the sizing step to produce more accurate dies with better diameter consistency and an improved surface finish. It uses a 3" (76mm) chuck and can size dies from .005" - .250" (0.13 - 6.0mm).


DQP Polishing Machine

 The DQP is a low maintenance traditional style polisher. It polishes the approach angle with conical laps that match the die angle and the bearing with cylindrical sizing laps. The polisher features automatic shut off and reset timer, variable speeds and an oscillating tailstock. The internal diameter capacity is .008" - .375" and angle capacity 0-45‰. It uses standard 5C Collets available in 1-64"-3" (.40-76 mm ) sizes.


LDP Polishing Machine

The LDP is identical in design and operation to the DQP (above), but holds smaller sized dies. The Angle capacity is .008"-.375" internal diameter and 0-45‰. While the Bearing Capacity is .030"-.375". It uses standard 3C Collets available in 1/64"-2" (.40-50mm) sizes.


FM Finishing Machine

The FM is a modern, die finisher designed to economically polish and size draw dies to a superior mirror finish. The internal polishing capacity is .010" to .400" (.250-10 mm). The die geometry is controlled through preset machine settings which consistently polish each die the same giving repeatable results. Specially designed angle pin setup can polish angles and bearings with one tool reducing setup time and tooling costs. The polisher is capable of holding 3C Collets 0-2" (50 mm) and up to 60‰ included angle.


SH Ripsizer

The SH is an easy to operate and simply designed machine meant to eliminate hand finishing for small diameter dies. It is specifically designed to rip the approach angle and polish the bearing for die sizes .005"-.0625" (.13-1.6 mm). A pressure sensitive die table maintains pressure through the cutting cycle and an electronic timer ensures an exact cutting cycle.


Twister Speed Lathes

The Twister is a full-featured speed lathe designed exclusively for polishing dies with handheld tools. A lever Action Ball Bearing 5C Collet closer permits instant chucking and releasing of parts. It features True Variable Speed Selection between 100 and 2500 RPM. Speed can be controlled through the foot switch or front panel.


Schauer Speed Lathes

Schauer speed lathes are a heavy duty lathe for hand polishing or cleaning. They can be provided with 5c collets or 3/16 jaw chucks. Models are available up to 12" chuck with single, dual or variable speeds.


DC Die Cleaner

The DC is designed to clean large amounts of dies at one time eliminating the time and labor associated with hand cleaning. It features economical and long lasting ceramic media and a non-hazardous solvent that also prevents "flash" rusting. The DC has a heavy duty drum for easy loading and unloading along with a timer shut off. The drum capacity is 50 R-5 dies, 25 R-6 dies, or 5 R-7 dies. The cleaner works by tumbling the dies, ceramic media and solvent together in the drum for a preset time cycle freeing the operator to do other tasks while the dies are being cleaned.
