Profilometer and Data Analysis Equipment • Flexible computer controlled measurements of drawing die geometry.
Specific Advantages of the unit and utilization:

  • The Profilometer grants an objective, simple and very quick measurement of the die-geometry and diameter of the die within one minute.
  • The EM10 uses a tungsten carbide probe to physically measure two sides of the die to provide accurate die geometry.
  • Incoming wire can be drawn into the measured die to simulate actual wire drawing.
  • All measured data can be exported to a spreadsheet or database software for custom reporting.

Individual Gages
Individual gages as well as stocked sets are available from Die Quip. We provide gages in Inch and Metric sizes to replace lost gages or tight tolerance gages used as micrometer standards. Select from full range of tolerances, ZZ, X, XX and XXX.
