Die Check

The
Die Check uses standard plug gages with a dial indicator to determine
bearing lengths. Approach angles are calculated by taking two measurements
and using our angle formula sheets.
Options: Digital
Gage - It makes faster, easier measurements and can output data
to SPC or printer.
Specifications: Accuracy - Angle -
plus or minus 15 minutes of a degree. • Bearing Length - plus
or minus 3%
Size Range: Hole Size - .030 Minimum.

This
stand ensures accurate measurements for quality control and spot
inspections. This station can accurately measure the diameter
of the die, any taper in the bearing, the length of the bearing,
and roundness of the bearing.
Each Die Inspection Station includes:
- DIE
STAND - Small stand holds up to a 2" outside diameter
- Large
stand holds up to a 4" outside diameter.
- SPLIT
BALL GAGES - Ranging from .0185" to 1.60", Seven different
sets available.
- DIGITAL
INDICATOR - It has a resolution of .00005 / 50 Millionths of
an Inch. Measures Metric & Inch.
- DATA
MINIPROCESSOR - Prints 4-color charts and graphs from a built-in
plotter.
- Computes
control charts for X-bar R, X-bar S, and X-Rs. Battery or DC
operated.
