Super-Lap Sticks

Resin filled, laminated and compressed hard woods. Can be dressed to a sharp edge or point for accurate lapping and polishing. Excellent results with diamond finishing.

Felt Sheets

 Available in soft, medium, and hard densities and are used for mirror polishing of drawing mandrels and plugs when mounted to lapping sticks or other media.

Dynafile® Air Powered Abrasive Belt Machine

Dynafile abrasive belt machines work great to remove metal pickup in shape dies along with grind, deburr, blend, clean, or polish. They can be used on Carbide, Ceramic, Metal, Plastic, Fiberglass, Rubber, Glass, Stone and other materials. Replaces tedious hand filing and sanding.
Features Include:

  • Grind off contact wheel or platen pad
  • Superior belt tracking and patented design permits use of 1/8", 1/4" or 1/2" wide x24" long abrasive belts.

  • Regalite / Polycut is a combination of 3M cubitron mineral and special aluminum oxide mineral coated on a synthetic backing.
