HDF-100 Die Finishing Machine

Die Quip's HDF is a semiautomatic angle polishing machine that can also be used to calibrate dies to the next size.  With its angle setting gages die geometry can be controlled very accurately and the 9000 RPM spindle is capable of light grinding for small capacity shops.  Combine it with a MGF die grinder for increased production by moving the polishing cycle to the HDF.

Die Flex MA

Die Quip's Die Flex MA is the next generation of die finishing machinery that has the flexibility to work either the angle or bearing. The machine is perfect for die shops that produce a small number of dies per size were automation takes to long to set up. The robotic die changing and removable magazines give it the flexibility to work the angle, bearing or both without handling the dies. WP-100 Wire Polisher

The Die Flex WP-100 wire polishing machine is designed to easily work diamond, PCD, ceramic or carbide dies to a mirror finish. It can work the angle or bearing by rotating the die table with a simple to use, tool free lever clamp. The wire is held between two fully adjustable clamps which makes centering the wire fast and easy. The dies are held in metric or inch collets that centers the die with the hold down cap. The work guard uses a CE rated safety switch and circuit to keep the operator safe but not impede the work area or setup times.

Schauer Speed Lathes

Schauer speed lathes are a heavy duty lathe for hand polishing or cleaning. They can be provided with 5c collets or 4-12" (100-300mm) chucks. Models are available in single, dual or variable speeds.
