Luster LS-100 Die Profiler |
|
The “Luster” reciprocating die profiler saves tedious and time consuming hand labor, making it possible to achieve greater accuracy and improve the surface finish of shaped drawing dies or molds. These units can be controlled by either electric or air motor. They feature adjustable reciprocation rate up to 7,000 times/minute with a length up to ¼” (6.3mm). The handle has an ergonomic rubber grip that absorbs vibration and reduces fatigue. The screw clap tool holder has a maximum capacity of ¼” (6.3mm) Options include foot petal, speed reducers and different motor options to meet individual needs. |

Electric Reciprocating Di-Profiler |
|
Model FPC Electric Reciprocating Di-Profiler saves tedious and time-consuming hand labor, making it possible to achieve greater accuracy, maintain closer tolerances, and improve polishing of shaped draw dies. The Model FPC's rate of reciprication is adjustable from 0 to 14,000 strokes per minute. The length of strokes can be varied from 0 to 1/4". It comes in a sturdy plastic case with wrench, lathe adapter post and bottle of oil. Standard air inlet for cool operation. |

Electric Reciprocating Di-Profiler |

Model
FPH Electric Reciprocating Di-Profiler is designed to accept up
to 1/4" shank tools. The new unit features larger bearings
than the Model FPC. The guiding surface area is nearly triple that
of the FPC. Repair costs and downtime are dramitally reduced without
sacrificing any of the ultra-smooth lightweight features of our
Model FPC. Another feature of the FPH is the square drive system
which provides a more positive drive and fewer cable replacements.

| FPD Air Reciprocating Di-Profiler |
|
The
Air Operated Di-Profiler is a precise and reliable reciprocating
hand machine designed to save unlimited time and cost in metal removal
operations. The light weight piston type motor is both compact and
rugged, and provides high power to weight ratio. It's automatic
speed regulator keeps reciprocating speed constant (without readjustment)
once it is set for the job. Because the Di-Profiler motor is air-operated,
there is no excessive heat built-up or wear, thus assuring a consistently
cool operation. The air operated Di-profiler is ideal for filing,
honing and lapping straight and curved surfaces, reworking hardened
material, finishing complicated dies and molds, regular or irregular
drawing dies, precision lapping of small holes and many other similar
jobs. |
